The Act of Concession Law was resolved by the polish Parliament on the 9th January 2009.

There is a strict relation between the PPP Act and the Concession Act; the PPP Act refers to the Concession Act in the field of private partner selection process.

The concession Act was submitted to the polish President for approval on the 12th January 2009.
