Public-Private Partnership
The new bill on Public-Private Partnership was accepted by Polish Cabinet on 17th October 2008. The draft was supported by all parties without raising any objections on 21st November 2008. Lately, the Senate agreed to amendments. The Act on Public-Private Partnership was signed by the President Lech Kaczyński and will come into force 21 days after the announcement in the Officiel.
